1. My in-store pickup order still says "processing" - when will it be ready for pickup?
Hallelu staff will send you a text notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If you haven't received a message and require your item promptly, please call us at (910) 509-0570.
2. I ordered an item online but received a notification it is out-of-stock. Will you be restocking this item?
If you've ordered an item that is currently out of stock, we will promptly notify you and process a refund if the item is unavailable, and we do not have plans to restock. We appreciate your understanding and will assist you in finding an alternative if needed.
3. Who makes this item?
Hallelu's private label is a collaboration with various designers across the USA, showcasing a diverse range of styles and influences. While the majority of our clothing does originate from Los Angeles, we take pride in featuring multiple designers throughout the country. In addition to our private label, we carry renowned brands like Levi, Dippin’ Daisy’s, and Kimberly C. Moreover, Hallelu proudly supports local artists, with a focus on women-owned businesses, for items such as jewelry (Sea Stamped, Bella Mack) and candles (Sweet Water Decor).

5. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Once you've received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be canceled. However, you may exchange the order by following our Exchanges Policy.
7. Do you carry petite or plus-size apparel?
While most of our items are sized as small, medium, and large due to vendor availability, we aim to offer extended sizes such as XS and XL when possible. Keep an eye out, as we're expanding our size range in many items. Refer to our sizing guides for more information.
8. Which items are final sale?
All discounted or sale items, gift cards, swimwear, earrings, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. How long are gift cards or e-cards valid?
Gift cards and e-cards expire after 2 years after purchase. do not expire. If you've lost your gift card, no worries — we can look up your gift card ID by the email address of the purchaser.
10. How do I use my gift certificate or gift card for payment?
Enter the unique code listed on your gift certificate/e-card or gift certificate/e-card email or on the back of your Hallelu gift card in the Gift Card code entry at checkout. This will apply your balance to your order.
11. Why does my order not show up when I login?
Any guest orders cannot be traced back to an account. If you have an account but select guest checkout, your order will not be tracked within your online customer account. We highly recommend creating an account for quick checkout and full access to order details.
12. I never received my order or shipping confirmation.
Double-check your spam filter to ensure that your order updates did not get caught in spam. We recommend whitelisting info@shophallelu.com to ensure you receive all your order email updates.
13. Why is my discount code not working?
Some items, including merchandise crafted by local artists, are not eligible for further discounts. Moreover, please note that stacking multiple discount codes is not allowed. Be mindful of code expiration dates, and ensure the code you are applying is still active.
14. I bought it a few days ago and today I see you are having a sale. Can you price adjust my order for this sale?
Our company policy is not to honor price adjustments for previously purchased items. As a small business, we offer varying discounts throughout the year, and our system does not allow us to adjust orders made before the discount is active.
