Exchange Policy

Online or In-Store Purchases:

At Hallelu, we want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. Therefore, we allow item exchanges within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that after this period, we reserve the right to decline exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be in new and unworn condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by an order or receipt number. If you can't find a suitable alternative during the exchange, we'll issue you a store credit. You have the option to exchange your items either by shipping them back or by visiting our store in person.

Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please be aware that certain items, such as discounted or sale items, gift cards, swimwear, earrings, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, and adhesive bras, are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
